Return Policy
Due to the nature of hand dyed fabrics, each piece will be “one of a kind” for example some will have more mottling than others. I use recipes with my dyes and follow the same process on all my pieces whether it is a single color or a combination of colors, variations will exist. Also, certain fabrics take the dye differently than others. I also try to get accurate pictures which can be difficult due to differences in computer monitor displays.
I will not send a piece if I am not happy with it, however I will replace a piece of fabric or I will offer a credit if the color is inconsistent with the product ordered or if I made a mistake and sent the wrong size, color and any other error on my part
